training are advised to take process as follows:
1. Assessing your demand. The demand for computer training by
your firms may result from: Upgrade of software used in your
firms; Recruit of new employee and wok inefficiency due to software
skill difference and the past imperfect training.
2. Identifying companies focusing on computer training over
Internet, by advertisements or on colleagues' recommendation
and comparing them.
3. Inquiring about training curriculum, price, timing, material
quality, training environment, location and faculty ability
on telephone.
4. Requiring about skills testing for your participants before
training.
5. Discussing training plan with the trainer you have chosen
and reaching a service agreement with it. The trainer should
work out training plan catering to you.
6. Implementing training programs.
7. Evaluating training effect by testing your participants.
8. Requiring improvement.
9. Paying the tuition.
10. Ensuring that the trainer continually offers technical consultation
by telephone and after-sale service.
